Peer Support Team

Retreat Details

Take an opportunity to reconnect with your team and reignite your commitment to supporting your department together. You will develop skills to reduce stress, improve mental performance through mitigation techniques, and create healthy plans for yourself, family and team. Whether your peer support team is newly formed, struggling, or thriving, this retreat will provide in-depth support for every individual.
